1. Data we process

To run a draw we process the participant names and email addresses entered by the organizer, plus the optional event name, budget, date and note. This data is used only to make the matches and email each participant their result.

2. Draw records and retention

Who drew whom is never shown on screen; no participant, including the organizer, can see anyone else’s match.

To troubleshoot email delivery and answer support requests such as “I never got my email”, we keep the date, draw code, participant names, email addresses, matches and delivery status of each draw in an access-restricted log file on our server. These records are viewed only by the site administrator for support purposes, are never shared, and are automatically deleted after 60 days.

So you don’t lose your work if you refresh, the form is saved only in your own browser (localStorage). It is never sent to us until you submit, and you can delete it anytime with “Clear form”.

3. Sending emails

Result emails are sent from info@hediyecekilis.com through our email provider. Addresses are never used for marketing, sold, or shared with third parties except where required by law.

4. Cookies, ads and analytics

• Google AdSense: We show ads provided by Google. Google and its partners may use cookies for interest-based ads. You can opt out at Google Ad Settings.
• Google Analytics: We collect anonymous usage statistics to understand site traffic.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. under GDPR or Turkey’s KVKK), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. To have a draw’s records deleted sooner, email us with the draw code shown in your email.
